2022 Q4 Picture Story

Emmet Cullen, Quarter 4 Judge
First Place:
It’s hard not to love a good black and white picture story. This one jumped out with such great angles and composition. Great variety and feel to every frame.
Second Place:
This was also an equally as nice picture story. Great moments and it being a Council meeting protest that usually gleans a photo or two, this photographer worked the angles to get a picture story.
